of Personal Data ("KVKK"). To this end, we would like to inform you that we take all
necessary technical and administrative measures to protect personal data.
Data Controller
Orbina Software Inc. processes your personal data as the "Data Controller" defined in
Article 3 of the KVKK.
Processing Purposes
Your collected personal data may be processed for the following purposes based on
your explicit consent, in compliance with the personal data processing conditions
specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data:
● Creating user memberships on our website www.orbina.com and managing them
through information provided in the membership creation or contact section.
● Handling requests and complaints.
● Improving the user experience (including improvement and personalization).
● Ensuring the security of the data subject.
● Detecting fraudulent or unauthorized uses.
● Conducting operational assessment investigations.
● Rectifying errors related to the services we provide.
The Company owns all information collected on this website.

The processed personal data includes your email address, name, and surname provided
with your explicit consent when creating a membership. Additionally, if you contact us
to make a request or complaint, we may process your name, surname, contact
information, and other data depending on the nature of your request. If we need to
collaborate with you, we may process your name, surname, contact information, and
other data depending on the nature of the collaboration. Furthermore, the cookies you
allow through your browser settings and notification area when you visit our website are
also processed.
Recipients and Purposes of Transferring Personal Data
During the sharing of your personal data, compliance with the regulations set forth in
Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK is ensured, and all necessary technical and administrative
measures are taken to ensure data security during and after the sharing process.

providers, and public authorities when necessary to fulfill the Company's legal
obligations and within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes. These parties will
specifically include:

Under the Law on Regulating Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes
Committed through Such Publications (Law No. 5651), personal data may be collected
regarding the situations where the Company is a host provider. Additionally, if the
Company becomes aware of any violations of existing laws or suspects activities that
may disturb public order or involve crimes or activities contrary to moral values, it may
immediately contact the relevant judicial and/or administrative authorities and share the
information and personal data requested by these authorities for the investigation of
such behavior.
The data collected based on your explicit consent is stored on servers located abroad
for technical reasons. Moreover, our server service provider is also located abroad.
Therefore, the collected data is transferred abroad only for the purposes and with the
parties mentioned above.
Personal data transfer not covered by the purposes mentioned above will not be carried
out without the explicit consent of the data subject.
Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data, which we process for the purposes stated above, may be collected
electronically when you benefit from our services or through other methods depending

You can submit your requests regarding your rights and the implementation of the
KVKK in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection
Authority. The Company will respond to these requests as soon as possible and no later
than thirty days, free of charge, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the
process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff
determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
Storage Period of Personal Data
The Company will keep the personal data provided by the data subject for the duration
required by the processing purposes stated above. Additionally, in the event of any
dispute with the data subject, the Company may keep personal data for a limited period
and in accordance with the statute of limitations periods determined by the relevant
legislation, solely for the purpose of conducting the necessary defenses related to the
dispute.
Changes to the Information Text
The Company may update and change the provisions of this information text if any
changes occur in the processed data.
