Data Controller
Orbina Software Inc. processes your personal data as the "Data Controller" defined in
Article 3 of the KVKK.

Your collected personal data may be processed for the following purposes based on
your explicit consent, in compliance with the personal data processing conditions
specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data:

Committed through Such Publications (Law No. 5651), personal data may be collected

may disturb public order or involve crimes or activities contrary to moral values, it may
immediately contact the relevant judicial and/or administrative authorities and share the
information and personal data requested by these authorities for the investigation of
such behavior.
The data collected based on your explicit consent is stored on servers located abroad
for technical reasons. Moreover, our server service provider is also located abroad.
Therefore, the collected data is transferred abroad only for the purposes and with the
parties mentioned above.
Personal data transfer not covered by the purposes mentioned above will not be carried
out without the explicit consent of the data subject.

You can submit your requests regarding your rights and the implementation of the
KVKK in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection
Authority. The Company will respond to these requests as soon as possible and no later
than thirty days, free of charge, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the
process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff
determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
Storage Period of Personal Data
The Company will keep the personal data provided by the data subject for the duration
required by the processing purposes stated above. Additionally, in the event of any
dispute with the data subject, the Company may keep personal data for a limited period
and in accordance with the statute of limitations periods determined by the relevant
legislation, solely for the purpose of conducting the necessary defenses related to the
dispute.

The Company may update and change the provisions of this information text if any
changes occur in the processed data.
